Individual Therapy for Adults
I offer individual therapy for adults who want to better understand themselves, navigate emotional challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. My work is collaborative and insight-oriented, with an emphasis on building self-trust, emotional awareness, and more supportive internal patterns.
I often work with adults who are experiencing:
• Anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
• Depression or low mood
• Life transitions or identity changes
• Repeating relationship patterns
• Difficulty with boundaries, people-pleasing, or self-criticism
• Grief or loss
• A desire for deeper self-understanding and emotional growth
What Therapy Can Look Like
Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and explore what may be keeping you stuck.
Together, we work at a pace that feels supportive and intentional, focusing on both insight and practical change.
Sessions are offered via secure telehealth for adults located in Pennsylvania.
EMDR Therapy
I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that can be helpful for individuals who feel stuck in patterns connected to past experiences or distressing memories.
EMDR supports the processing of experiences that may still feel emotionally activating, even when you logically know you are no longer in danger. This work is always collaborative and approached at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
EMDR may be helpful for individuals experiencing:
• Trauma or distress related to past events
• Anxiety or emotional reactivity that feels hard to shift
• Negative self-beliefs or persistent self-criticism
• Feeling “stuck” despite insight or previous talk therapy
